One-on-One Awareness Sessions
A space to reconnect with yourself through awareness, movement and reflective inquiry.
Many people come to this work after years of learning, growth and self-inquiry. They understand their patterns, yet continue to find themselves repeating them over and over.
Awareness offers a different way of exploring what is happening. By learning to notice yourself more clearly and without judgment, new possibilities can begin to emerge.
Through guided movement explorations and reflective questions, you are invited to slow down, notice more clearly with the help of distinctions and discover new possibilities in places that have felt stuck.
My role is not to provide answers or tell you who to become or what to do. I am here to create a space where you can explore yourself more clearly and develop a deeper relationship with your own experience.
What to Expect
Starting With Where You Are: Each session begins with where you are with no prior experience necessary. Through movement and sensing yourself in movement you are invited to explore, notice and learn through your own experience.
Online and Accessible: Participate from anywhere with a computer and camera, making it easy to integrate this work into your life.
Non-Recorded Sessions: Enjoy a safe space for exploration knowing that your sessions are private and will not be recorded.
Begin with a Free Discovery Session: If you're new to working with me, the first step is to book a complimentary 45-minute introductory session.
This gives us the opportunity to get to know one another. You'll have the chance to tell me a little about yourself, what brings you here and what you're hoping to gain from this work. It also helps me understand whether I'm the right person to support you and how I can best do that.
You will be able to ask any questions you might have and experience a short lesson, giving you a feel for the work before deciding whether you would like to continue.
